This industry experience helps him to think creatively and look closer into areas that others may overlook. As a former Corporate Controller, Director of Accounting Policy & Methods and Director of Capital Management, Paul has an understanding of the issues that face financial executives. He has also served in a variety of roles as Director of Financial Services. It is his strong managerial skills that drives him to leverage his skill set from other industries to explore opportunities for finding more in the diverse commercial space. |

Frederick has twelve years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a healthcare recovery auditor, he audits many of the largest healthcare insurance payers. His comprehensive knowledge of US Federal healthcare reimbursement and regulatory compliance knowledge enables him to analyse processes to maximise recoveries for Connolly's healthcare clients. In addition, he has experience as a Corporate Compliance Officer for a large emergency care provider. He also worked for the Centres for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the areas of investigative research, analysis, and training. Frederick has extensive knowledge in claims processing, billing practices, procedures, contractual compliance, coordination of benefits, and eligibility issues. |
